In 2002, Tom created The B.R.A.N.D. System™ of re-discovering your beliefs, representing yourself and remain in control of their personal B.R.A.N.D. He produced an audio program and a workbook selling over 1000 copies. Since 1998, he has been involved in BNI (Business Network, Int’l) and in 2005, became the Executive Director of BNI Marketing (www.bnimarketing.com) in Chicago and the South and West Suburbs where he helps over 900 professionals development business through word-of-mouth.

Tom recently became a contributing author of Masters of Sales, in bookstores now from Entrepreneur Press. As a native of the Chicagoland area, Tom is a resident of Schaumburg, Illinois where he helps coach youth sports. In his spare time he hikes, bikes and camps with his wife Mary and three sons, Tommy, Eddy, and Sammy.
