My name is Tim Stewart.  I was raised a farm boy in Western Nebraska.  I set a couple of state records in track and field along with some friends of mine.  We ran the 2 Mile Relay.  Check the records from 1972 and 1973. 

I joined the Army in 1973 and met my wife on May 6th, 1974.  I asked her to marry me on June 24th, 1974 and we have been married for 31 years. 

I have held several jobs, ranging from selling vacuum cleaners door to door to becoming a plant manager of a felt manufacturing company.  I stayed in the military through the Illinois Army National Guard and eventually became an infantry company commander.  I have a way of starting at the bottom and working my way to the top.  When I get there, it seems that I want to start all over again. 

Most recently I was a financial consultant with a bank managing a little over 35 million dollars for my clients.  I am also building a career in Motivational and Inspirational Speaking, which is my passion.  I have been doing it as a volunteer for a very long time for those who will have me, and I have always, without exception, been told that I do a very good job.  I guess this means that I am good for nothing. 

Well, it is time to be good for something.  I have a great story on Leadership and a method of sharing it that reaches the ones who need to hear it.  I have presented to junior high through college students and athletes.  I have presented to business managers and sales people.  I have presented to Generals in the army and juvenile delinquents in detentions centers.  I have spoken to homeless  men, women and children and the very rich.  It works at every level, and it can work for you and your friends or associates.
