Pete Schroeder is a Certified Master Integrative Coach, with over 20 years experience, working with executives and businesses, integrating professional and personal aspects. Pete helps his clients identify top priorities, and immediately initiates steps toward increasing levels of satisfaction in those areas.

An author, executive/business coach, and speaker, Pete has worked with large companies, franchises, and entrepreneurial businesses. He has led his workshops and seminars throughout the United States and in Europe, been interviewed on TV and radio, and authored 2 books.

From 1992 to 2010, Schroeder was president of Professional Growth Services, Inc., a business coaching company. In 2006, he began caregiving for his father – a 4½-year adventure, and in 2009, he co-founded ElderProofHome.com, a website offering free information and advice, and products for purchase, devoted to “keeping independence an option.” 

Schroeder is now Staff Coach for Intentional World Properties, as an executive/business coach, working with individuals and groups. Additionally, as a Reverse-Parenting Coach, he works with adult children involved with senior care.
