engaging facilitator, Nicole De Falco teaches professionals working in high visibility high pressure

leaders in cross-functional environments. She is a trusted resource for senior managers,
learning organizations, marketing and sales departments, as well as entrepreneurs who need to
meet their business objectives by influencing a targeted audience to take specific actions.

Throughout her career, Nicole has been involved in all aspects of performance improvement
consulting including sales, marketing, training development and delivery. She has led an
instructional design department and been a Vice President on the executive team of an
international sales consultancy. In her last corporate role prior to becoming an independent
consultant, Nicole managed two financial services agencies under the Citigroup umbrella.

From her first-hand experience in senior management, Nicole understands and can speak to
executive level priorities and expectations. She helps her clients produce training programs,
marketing pieces, presentations, and team productivity sessions that help speed up the
achievement of company objectives.

Nicole graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech, and
received her MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
