Heidi Thorne, Founder and President of Thorne Communications, has over 21 combined years of experience in the sales, marketing, and advertising fields, including selling promotional products for the past 9 years. She also has five years of college teaching experience and holds a Doctorate of Business Administration degree (DBA). Heidi has also served as editor of a trade newspaper for over 11 years.

Her goal in developing the "Promo With Purpose" concept is to help associations and small to mid-size businesses select promotional products and services that are consistent with their marketing objectives, image, and values to help them build their brand, their business, and their community. Says Heidi, "I want my clients to be proud of who they are, what they do, and what they stand for. I want to help them write their own success stories."

Through her weekly "Promo With Purpose Today" e-newsletter, Heidi educates subscribers on new and innovative products and developments in the promotional world, helpful books and resources, upcoming events, and people you should know, along with entertaining insights on business and a whole lot more.
