This workshop is being held to support parents, educators, caregivers and healthcare professionals who care for children with disabilities. The mission of this workshop is to address parents’ frustration, fear and hopelessness by providing simple and immediate solutions of their daily struggles as well as resources to make family life with a disabled child easier and more fun. We believe that every child has gifts and abilities. Our hope is to encourage parents and educators to mine for those sometimes hidden treasures. It is our collective job to find the keys that unlock those gifts and abilities. We believe that every child is an exceptional child.
