Profile:

Debbie Fliehman is the President and Owner of Creative Technical Resources, Inc., a marketing communications, advertising and sales promotion agency, which she founded in 1987. Her agency provides services to Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-sized companies and nonprofit organizations.  Services provided include:

Collateral and displays – brochures, pamphlets, sell sheets, direct mail, articles, case studies for print or online publication

Corporate identity, product branding and graphic standards manuals – development of corporate or product logos with associated manual defining in detail requirements and specifications for usage, involving taglines, positioning, signatures, media guidelines, color palette, typography, and corporate communication material production

Press releases – develop and distribute to a comprehensive U.S. media circuit, thousands of websites and investors, while connecting with Internet searchers

Technical and clinical writing – for marketing and sales materials, training and education, trade journal and publication article submission and white papers

Prior to starting Creative Technical Resources, Debbie held management positions at Baxter Healthcare and Bell & Howell.  Her responsibilities included marketing, communications, public relations, conventions, trade shows, special events, advertising, sales promotion, video production, budgeting, writing, marketing and business planning, consulting on value-improvement, quality leadership, customer retention, training and education program development and implementation.

Debbie is the author of Customer Retention through Quality Leadership: The Baxter Approach published by the ASQC Quality Press.
