A fundamental of developing any relationship is to understand that individual on all levels.  In this workshop we will discover your own behavior style and understand how to identify behavior types in others.  This understanding of self allows an individual to better predict how they will react or respond in different situations.

High level communication is critical in any organization, and one of the greatest challenges we all face, understanding the other person, knowing where they are coming from, their intent or meaning.  That’s all we need to do… not much… right???  And actually, it isn’t that difficult, but we need specific tools to be able to identify how to interpret the other person to respond appropriately vs. reacting emotionally.   This program provides specific insights and tools to be able to develop high level communications at every level of the organization.
