Not only is Susan Fignar a corporate consultant, motivational trainer and executive coach, she is a connector who is passionate about bringing people together and making introductions. This ability to network and connect has served her well since she founded Pur*sue.  Since 1991, Susan has worked with many leading corporations and has been a featured speaker at  multiple professional association events and national conferences. Over the years, Susan has helped thousands of individuals across a wide range of industries achieve a higher level of professionalism through executive presence, strong relational skills, leadership development, networking, personal branding, mentoring and business etiquette.

Many changes evolved in the business world during the last few years and Susan has guided her clients to reinvent, re-brand and re-market themselves through mergers, down-sizing, job role and career changes, and generational diversity.   

Susan’s media interactions include television and radio appearances, as well as contributions to numerous publications, such as The Wall Street Journal, Crain’s Chicago, and The Chicago Tribune.

In addition to working with corporate and individual clients, Susan believes in giving back to the community. She mentors Gen Y females and conducts motivational programs at various career transition clubs, community organizations and professional associations throughout Chicago.

Susan is a recipient of Rotary's Paul Harris Fellow award (2001) as a result of her volunteer work with The Inner Voice, a learning center and shelter to help individuals overcome substance abuse. Susan is also a foodie who loves to cook and entertain. She is known for her "Diva Gatherings" which  involve food, wine and lots of laughter; she works out regularly, is committed to personal development, and she continues to  grow and share her already vast network.
