Jim Kelly is president of Real Leaders Lead, the executive coaching firm he founded in 2006. After a 35-year career as an entrepreneur and corporate CEO, Jim now specializes in one-on-one coaching of executives and business leaders. He works with them to identify and build on their core strengths to create confident and passionate Real Leaders.
Jim recently completed his 60th marathon and has completed over a dozen races longer than 26.2 miles, including a 100 miler in 2009.
His background and interpersonal skills uniquely equip Jim to motivate audiences to challenge themselves to accomplish more than they thought possible in their careers and in their lives.
